Refund policy

We want you to love your ReelCharge products. We offer a 30-day free return window and a 3-year limited warranty for peace of mind.

30-Day Returns (Complimentary Returns)

  • You may return any product for any reason within 30 days of delivery.

  • Returns must be in original condition, unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and manuals.

  • Complimentary return shipping is included (we provide a prepaid return label for eligible returns).

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Note: The 30-day window starts from the delivery date, not the order date.

3-Year Warranty

All ReelCharge products are covered by a 3-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase.

  • We will repair, replace, or refund (at our discretion) defective products.

  • This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

How to Initiate a Return or Warranty Claim

  1. Email support@reelcharge.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will reply within 1 business day with instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

  3. Ship the item back using the provided label.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or warranty resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.

  • Items returned after 30 days (except valid warranty claims).

Refunds

  • Full refund for eligible returns (including original shipping if the entire order is returned).

  • Partial refunds may apply if only part of an order is returned.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable on partial returns.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.
