We want you to love your ReelCharge products. We offer a 30-day free return window and a 3-year limited warranty for peace of mind.
30-Day Returns (Complimentary Returns)

You may return any product for any reason within 30 days of delivery.

Returns must be in original condition, unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and manuals.

Complimentary return shipping is included (we provide a prepaid return label for eligible returns).

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Note: The 30-day window starts from the delivery date, not the order date.
3-Year Warranty
All ReelCharge products are covered by a 3-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase.

We will repair, replace, or refund (at our discretion) defective products.

This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
How to Initiate a Return or Warranty Claim

Email support@reelcharge.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will reply within 1 business day with instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

Ship the item back using the provided label.

Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or warranty resolution.
Non-Returnable Items

Products damaged due to customer misuse.

Items returned after 30 days (except valid warranty claims).
Refunds

Full refund for eligible returns (including original shipping if the entire order is returned).

Partial refunds may apply if only part of an order is returned.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable on partial returns.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.
