- Bought from Amazon, Walmart, Target or another store? Go ahead and submit. Some of those orders need to be claimed through that store, and if yours does, we'll reply to point you to the right place.

Bought from a marketplace or retailer?
Your ReelCharge product still has its 3-year limited warranty. You can submit a claim here; if your order needs to go through the store you bought from, we'll tell you and point you to the right place. Have that store's order number ready.
